Finding a skilled therapist who’s the right fit can be challenging. Eileen believes that for any of us to make progress and grow we need to be in an environment or relationship where there’s trust and we know we’re accepted. Eileen integrates a variety of effective models in to her work because when it comes to therapy “one size does not fit all”.

Eileen takes a holistic approach to a therapeutic partnership, understanding the strong connection between the brain, the mind, the spirit and the body

At the Institute, Eileen’s uses her expertise in helping adults struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, addiction, self-mutilation, traumatic reactions, ADD and personal growth. Eileen also leads and facilitates workshops and groups.
